Shipping Information

We are very proud to offer Same-Day Shipping on orders placed by 2PM Mountain Standard Time

  • Orders we receive by 2PM MST (sometimes as late as 5PM MST) will usually ship the same day when in stock.
  • Orders placed after 2PM MST cannot be guaranteed to be shipped on the same business day, however still have the chance of shipping same-day.
  • Exceptions include orders placed on nationally recognized US holidays or weekends.  Those orders will ship on the following business day.

We ship solely to the continental 48 United States using UPS (United Parcel Service) and occasionally USPS (United States Postal Service) Priority Mail.  AVToyBox.com does not ship to PO boxes, FPO or APO addresses, nor do we ship internationally.

Orders over $500 may require 1-2 additional business days for our account to verify funds with your cardholding bank.  Shipment will not occur until these funds are verified.  Please note that your bank may contact you directly to verify large purchases on your credit card as a standard security procedure.  Be sure that valid contact information is on file with your cardholding bank when making large credit card purchases.

Return Policy (Please read carefully)


At AVToyBox, we understand that there may a need for our customers to return an item.  We are here to assist you in an efficient manner with your returns process, however we do adhere to the following policy very closely.  If you have a need to return an item within 30 days of receiving your order, please follow the steps below to properly return your item(s):

  1. Make sure UPS does not deliver a damaged package.  If this occurs, please refuse the shipment and immediately notify us at returns@avtoybox.com so we can begin the return process and anticipate your returned package.  Keep in mind that there is always normal wear and tear on packaging during the shipping process such as slightly dented corners or scratched/nicked boxes.  This is normal.  If your packaging contains any deep dents, tears, or obvious forceful handling then do not accept it.  Taking digital photos of this damage would be recommended to back your claim.
  2. Send us a message at returns@avtoybox.com and state the need to return your product(s).  Please provide us with the following required information so we can track your order more efficiently:
    • Your order number (example: "yhst-15414145619064-123") - not the order number on the box or label, but the one you received via confirmation email
    • Your name
    • Your address
    • Items you will be returning
    • Reason for return
    • Any digital photos (if available)
  3. Upon approval, we will respond via email with an RM number which is REQUIRED for us to accept a return.  Below are valid reasons for requesting a return:
    • Items damages in shipping
    • Incorrect product was shipped by us
    • Product functions improperly due to manufacturer defects (obvious signs of customer abuse/wear/modification will result in return of product to the customer and no refund will be issued)
    • Unwanted items (MUST be unopened and in sellable condition or unwanted items will be returned to sender).  A 10% restocking fee will be removed from the refund amount for this type of return.
  4. Return shipping credit notes:
    • Return shipping credit will be issued only to customers who have received a damaged, defective or incorrectly shipped item.
    • Return shipping credit is refunded only when proof of customer cost is provided by the carrier of choice.  Please save your receipt when returning a package to us and either scan/email us a copy or directly mail us a paper copy to our administration address above.  Do NOT return packages to this address.
    • AVToyBox highly recommends that you insure your return when sending it back to us in case of loss.  You will be responsible for filing a claim with your shipping carrier in case of loss.
    • We will only refund return shipping charges for basic GROUND shipping rates at book rate or lower.  Any expedited shipping will be the responsibility of the customer.
    • We do not refund shipping charges for unwanted items.
  5. Securely double box your order in the exact fashion in which it was originally shipped to you, WRITE YOUR RM# ON THE OUTSIDE of the box, make attention to the returns department, and send to the address which we email to you.
  6. Upon receipt and acceptance of your return, you will be issued a credit to whichever payment method with which you placed your order.  This credit process may take up to 14 days to complete once we receive your return.
  7. Credit will NOT be issued for the following reasons until they are resolved (no exceptions):
    • Customer has abused or improperly operated their item against the manufacturer's recommended operation, causing the product to fail.  This may include cut wiring, installation scratches, forced operation, etc.
    • Items returned with no RM# written on the outer box.
    • Items returned without having an RM# issued
    • Incomplete returns (missing product manuals, missing all accessories, or damaged/missing original packaging)
    • Obvious signs of attempting to defraud AVToyBox.com

I just placed my order.  When should I expect it to arrive?

Orders placed by 2PM MST usually ship on the same business day.  Orders placed after 2PM MST will ship the following business day.  The formula below can be used to calculate the expected time it should take for your order to arrive:

In stock + Shipping Method Timeframe + Holidays/Weekends = Expected Delivery Date


  • Order placed on a Monday (anytime), with UPS Ground shipping:
  • In stock + 2-5 business days + possible 2 weekend days = delivery as early as Wednesday that same week, up to Tuesday of the following week depending on location in the US

  • Order placed on Thursday (before 2PM MST), with UPS Overnight Air:
  • In stock + 1 business day + 0 weekend days = delivery date of Friday (next day)

  • Order placed on Thursday (before 2PM MST), with UPS 2 Day Air:
  • In stock + 2 business days + 2 weekend days = delivery date of the following Tuesday

  • Order placed on Friday (before 2PM MST), with UPS Overnight Air:
  • In stock + 1 business day + 2 weekend days = delivery date of the following Monday

  • Freight shipping (large or heavy orders) - by appointment (normally delivered within 3-5 business days after your order)

How much does shipping cost?

To calculate shipping charges for your order, simply add your items to your shopping cart by clicking the "Add to Cart" button.  Enter your shipping address completely on the first page and select your shipping method.  Click "Continue" and you will see your shipping costs on the next page.  Please note that firewall restrictions and disabling cookies on your computer/network may prevent you from allowing items to be added to your shopping cart properly.

How do I track my order shipment?

Within 1 business day of shipping your order, UPS tracking will be available via the order status link you received in your order confirmation email.  Order confirmation was automatically emailed to you immediately after placing your order.  You may enter this tracking number into the UPS tracking box at the top right-hand corner of any page on our site.

What payment types do you accept?

We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal.  You may pay with PayPal by following the labeled PayPal customer instructions on each page of the checkout process.  At the end of the checkout, there will be a blue button available which takes you to the PayPal site so you can complete the payment process of your order.

Do you charge sales tax?

Arizona residents are charged 7.8% sales tax.  All other US states are tax free.

Where are you located?

Our administration office is located in Gilbert, Arizona and our mailing address is available upon request.  Please email us for this address if you have correspondence to send via US mail.  Please note we do not accept local pickups nor do we accept returns at this location.

We gladly correct our mistakes!

We all make mistakes - it's part of being human.  Due to the large selection of products on our site, occasionally we may make a typographical, image or pricing error which may misrepresent an item.  We correct these errors as soon as they are discovered and brought to our attention.  However, AVToyBox is not responsible for these errors and has the right to correct any misinformation on this site at any time without obligation.

The receipt of an email order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of an order. The email order confirmation confirms that our system has only received your order but has not yet processed it.  A shopper does not become our customer until we collect payment for that order.  We reserve the right to correct pricing errors or other typographical/image errors on our website, to limit the order quantity for any item, and to refuse service to any customer for any reason.  Verification of information may be required prior to the fulfillment of any order.  We appreciate your understanding!
